- This curriculum is a legal compulsory education(social disability awareness improvement education) under Article 25 of the the Act on the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities and is designed to culture the empathy of public service society through disability awareness improvement education for state and local government officials.

- Correct understanding of disabilities and Persons with disabilities

- Implementing an integrated society that guarantees equal rights for Persons with disabilities in all areas of society

- Adults (national and local government officials, public officials, etc.)
